Notes: One of several Appalachian League teams based around the Tri-Cities area of Virginia and Tennessee all within a half hour drive of each other. The municipally-owned stadium is home to the K-Mets and a nearby high school from Gate City, Virginia. The facility also hosts various amateur tournaments. It was built to replace a local high school ball field for the Appy League team, and named after longtime Kingsport Mayor Hunter Wright. |
