Former Notable Players: None
Overlooking the Tri-Cities region of Pasco, Kennewick
and Richland, and the Columbia River valley this stadium has been
home to both independent ball and affiliated teams. Opened in 1995
as Tri-Cities Stadium, it is one of the few stadiums that face south.
This affords a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape of the
Tri-Cities and mountain ranges beyond. The ballpark itself is perhaps
most notable for the 137-foot sunshade along the
first base side
of the stadium. It was renamed Dust Devils Stadium,
soon after the arrival of the Northwest League franchise from
Gesa Credit Union, a regional financial cooperative in Southeastern
Washington, signed a ten-year deal for the naming rights in 2008.
