Former Notable Players: None Notes: Planned as Missoula Civic Stadium, it was to built on a reclaimed sawmill site when a Pioneer League franchise was relocated to the Bitterroot Valley. However multiple delays prevented the opening of facility soon-to-be called Play Ball Park until 2004. Play Ball being the name of the team ownership group. It was another several years before the facility was completed. Each year more and more of the temporary structures were replaced by permanent buildings as the funding allowed, so by 2007 most of the seating bowls and buildings were finished. The naming rights: Ogren Park to a local automobile dealer, and Allegiance Life & Health, a Health Benefit Plan Management company. |
