Notes: Opening at mid-season in 1996,Victory Field anchored the revitalization of downtown Indianapolis.  The 20 million dollar stadium was the first wave of over three billion dollars spent in Indianapolis.  Until it was demolished during the summer of 2008, the RCA Dome, the home of NFL Indianapolis Colts was across street, down the right field foul line. The stadium name was a revival an earlier name of its predecessor. Bush Stadium was called Victory Field until 1967 to mark the United States victory in World War II.
