Built to initially to support a short-season New York-Penn
League franchise, this asymmetrical stadium now hosts a full season
Eastern League team. Located in downtown Erie, the stadium is stuffed
in a partial city block, abutting the Louis J. Tullio Arena, which
houses the locker rooms. The 5.3 acre parcel provides for
unique first base side stands
and a close in
left field fence. The park is named for Jerry Uht, a local patron
of Erie baseball who financed its construction.
