Notes: Purchased for $5,000 in 1959, the stadium was moved piece-by-piece from Danville, Virginia and reassembled in time for the 1960 season. It was later renovated when an Appalachian League team was awarded to this North Carolina mill town in the eighties. In 1988 it was the site of 27-inning marathon that ended at 3:27 in the morning after eight hours and fifteen minutes of play.
