Mets. Built by real estate developer Thomas J. White, the park bore his name
until 2004 when the naming rights were sold as an 11 million dollar renovation

The naming rights were sold, in 2004. to the Core Communities, LLC's Town of Tradition nearby
planned community. In 2010 Digital Domain Holdings, a digital production studio
focused on visual effects, assumed the naming rights
