The stadium was vacant after the original tenants moved to Pearl, Mississippi. For 2006, the SAL franchise relocated to downtown Greenville's West End Park. The facility had now become the center of Greenville County's Conestee Park, with 800 acres of park land and four youth league baseball diamonds. Located on the outer fringes of industrial Greenville, where a whisper on the playing field can be heard throughout the stands.
