PNC Field - Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees

Notes: Located between the cities of Scranton and Wilkes-Barre, along Interstate 81, in Pennsylvania's coal mining region, the stadium was built to accommodate both Triple A-baseball and high school football.  The dimensions and the original artificial turf of the playing field mirrored those of Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia. For 2007, with the franchise's first change in affiliation, the synthetic turf was replaced with grass and the naming rights were sold to PNC Financial Services Group, one of the nation’s largest financial services companies.
