Former Notable Players: Andres Galarraga, Randy Johnson, Edgar Martinez, Alex Rodriguez, Bret Saberhagen, and Larry Walker.

Notes: Opened as the Jacksonville Baseball Park, with a price tag of $400,000, it was renamed in honor of Sam Wolfson, just four months later. Wolfson, a local sportsman, owned the local minor league franchise during the 1950s and later served as the South Atlantic League president. The ballpark, which sat in the shadows of Jacksonville Municipal Stadium, was demolished in September 2002.  The Suns moved into the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville located across the parking lot for the 2003 season.
