 Notes:
The stadium was built to replace a wooden ballpark that had twice burned (1939 & 1944). It is named for Watt Powell who financed part of the construction for the park.  Teams from the Central League, American Association, International League and South Atlantic League have called it home.  The Sally League franchise moved downtown to Appalachian Power Park while Watt Powell was demolished in 2005.  The right field slopes upward from the infield toward the outfield wall.
